Professional Background

Group Captain Brown is a Royal Australian Air force officer with 27 years of service. He is a graduate of the RAAF Staff College with a Masters Degree in Defence Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, two Masters of Business Administration, and a Doctorate of Business Administration in Complex Adaptive Systems. Callum has instructed at the Australian Defence Force Academy and commanded the RAAF School of Postgraduate Studies. He has also been Deputy Director Future Concepts at the Air Power Development Centre.
